SCG Healthcare Systems, a 'Intercultural Global Project' division of SCG is in progress to develop today revolutionary and integrated solutions for tomorrows computer based global health care management systems. This project is historic, as it aims for the first time to implement a globally centralized healthcare system, unifying eastern proactive and western post-active styles of practice in the field of medicine; developing a global standard of patient records, and automate clinical studies and epidemic detection across all borders and ideological boundaries. (see background information)

SCG welcomes development partners that wish to participate in this project on any level. We are also offering to Countries that have interest in using the advanced capabilities of the SCG Healthcare Systems, to start early pilot implementations.

•Sophisticated context adaptive interface “health care provider – patient” with up-to date data acquisition devices to effectively facilitate data transfer to the electronic record 

•Integration of automated patient monitoring systems with alarm functions (read “SCG HealthWatch” for more information)

• Context sensitive decision tools for diagnosis and treatment accessible for health care providers and  patients

•Integration of socio – demographic, family, job and lifestyle data to enhance possibilities for preventive medicine 

•Instant access to case related scientific information and standards of care

•Global Central database for patient records with global standards as a basic requirement for AI - based complex data processing  making extensively use of its Quantum Relation Technology (QRT) 

•Rapid data backflow to healthcare providers and patients by continuous hypothesis generation and testing of the complete database to provide evidence based information

•Easy data access for scientific research and full integration of medical literature joining these data with the evidence data from the patient record data

•Disease cluster observation for rapid detection of new or changed disease patterns and bioterrorism surveillance with automated real-time global monitoring and alert system
